Whew!

Whew! What a week! I can’t believe it’s already Friday.  I mean, this is great, it’s Friday!  I’m still pretty stressed, work is very busy, even today, and Monday will be the big final push as it is the last day of our fiscal year.  To keep my stress at bay, I’ve been a bit MIA from the blogosphere, thankfully after Monday things should slow down again. Anyway, below are some of the blogs I did get to read in the last week or so, and wanted to share! Enjoy! :)

So, we’ve successfully made it through the first week of February. I don’t know about you guys, but it has been A WEEK.  I’m so looking forward to this weekend.  Anywho, onto the linkage!

Caitlin over at The Healthy Tipping Point wrote a great post on How to Handle 5 Common Running Gross-Outs.  Don’t worry gross runners, you are not alone!

I missed the Oprah goes vegan episode, but Angela at Oh, She Glows wrote a really great post all about the episode which showcased Oprah and 378 of her staff going vegan for a week.  Because Angela is vegan, and regularly makes food which looks incredible (and is vegan!) I trust her judgment. ;)

The Kitchn showed me 8 Recipes with Mustard.  I’m not 100% in love with mustard. That first chicken recipe looks scrumptious.  So… I totally want to make it now.

Enjoy your weekend everyone! I guess some big football game is on?  ;)

I can not believe that we are just under a week away from Christmas.  It doesn’t seem possible!  This year, and this month especially, have gone by SO quickly!

Vegetable Casserole – Kaitlin With Honey  – I love a good casserole, and this one looks not only delicious but a great way to get in your veggies!

Return of Saturn – Mon Cherie Amour  – My friend, Shelby, just had a huge move across the country, and this particular post really struck a chord with me. I think a lot of 20 somethings can relate in a big way.

Silicone Roasting Bowls – The Kitchn – Man, the kitchn never lets me down, and a potential gift for the foodie in your life who has everything!

21 Easy Holiday Gift Wrapping - Real Simple – I don’t know about you guys, but I am awful at wrapping things, and yet, every year my dad still manages to make me wrap everything.

Sharing: Views on “Ethical Eating”

I recently read two very well written, interesting views on Ethical Eating that I wanted to share with you all. I like that so many bloggers have such great, diverse views on food and eating!

Caitlin at Healthy Tipping Point on what Ethical Eating means to her, and Sarah at Sarah For Real who discusses why she is NOT a vegetarian.
